Job Description
Role: Architect Azure API
Work Experience: 8-12 years
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain the API architecture roadmap, aligning IT with business strategy.
System Analysis: Analyze current API systems, processes, and data to identify gaps and opportunities.
Design and Implementation: Design and implement new or improved API systems and infrastructure.
Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions that align with the organization's needs.
Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for architectural decisions.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with API infrastructure and systems.
Compliance: Ensure that the API architecture complies with relevant regulations and standards.
Change Management: Guide the organization through the necessary changes and transitions associated with new systems or processes.
Documentation: Document the API architecture and related standards.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Azure API Management and related Azure services.
Experience with API design, development, and integration.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
Knowledge of RESTful API design principles.
Familiarity with API security protocols and best practices.
Experience with Azure Logic Apps.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and maintain a long-term vision for the API infrastructure.
Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and how IT can support them.

Education Qualification:
Bachelor Or Masters in Technology OR
Bachelor Or Master of Computer Applications
Certifications:
AZ-204: Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience working in API management and cloud computing.At least 8 years of overall relevant industry experience spanning across development, integration etc. among othersDeep knowledge in Software Product Development processes and design, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid.
