Job Summary:
We are looking for a YouTube strategist and content creator to take ownership of our YouTube presence. This role requires experience in creating SaaS-focused explainer videos, product walkthroughs, marketing videos with high level creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage YouTube content calendar across two brands.
• Script, record (or coordinate), and edit short and long-form video content.
• Optimize videos for search (SEO-friendly titles, tags, descriptions).
• Analyze YouTube metrics and increase subscriber base.
• Ensure video branding aligns with product messaging and audience needs.
• Lead generation through Youtube Ads and organic growth of the brand through various strategies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience growing YouTube channels for SaaS or tech companies.
• Video editing proficiency (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva or similar).
• Ability to convert technical content into engaging visual stories.
• Experience using tools like TubeBuddy or VidIQ.
• Understanding of YouTube monetization and algorithm trends.
• Ability to deliver quality work with fast turnaround times and meet aggressive deadlines.
