Shift timings: 12pm to 9pm (WFO)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts for HRMS & Payroll software solutions. The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of experience in B2B software sales, with a strong focus on HRMS, Payroll, or SaaS products. This role demands a professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, along with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. The candidate will play a critical role in driving sales strategy, managing the sales cycle, and developing long-term client relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- 8–10 years of proven experience in B2B software sales, preferably in HRMS, Payroll, or SaaS domains.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and managing high-value client accounts.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex software solutions for diverse audiences.
- Confident presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders.
Sales & Negotiation:
- Advanced negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and maintain long-term client relationships.
Technical Proficiency:
- Solid understanding of HRMS and Payroll software, or the ability to quickly learn technical concepts.
- Familiarity with HR and payroll management processes and related compliance requirements.
Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to assess client pain points, align product features with business goals, and deliver customized solutions.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to sales decisions.
Adaptability:
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment with shifting priorities.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).
