Job Summary:

We are seeking an E-commerce Operations Manager who is responsible for overseeing

and optimizing the daily operations of our online retail site (https://rcgmedical.com/).

This role involves managing various aspects of the e-commerce ecosystem to ensure

smooth functionality and customer satisfaction. This is not a coding job; we have

another team for that.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing inventory management and supply chain logistics.

• Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer

service.

• Analyzing sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive growth.

• Ensuring website functionality and content accuracy.

• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience.

• Managing order fulfillment processes and delivery coordination.

• Staying current with e-commerce trends and technologies.

• Build and manage an affiliate program.

• Knowledgeable in traffic generation.

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or similar roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and order management systems.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
