Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions.
Manage the complete software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Guide, mentor, and motivate team members to meet performance standards and achieve project goals.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and continuous integration processes.
Provide technical leadership and support in the resolution of complex technical issues.
Monitor and assess team performance and suggest improvements for skill development.
Skills Required:
Expertise in Java and Angular/React frameworks.
Strong experience in leading teams and delivering enterprise-level applications.
Proficiency in software architecture, design patterns, and project management.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git).
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
