Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8 years of experience in product management or related roles.
Proven experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and working within an agile environment.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and design thinking.
Understanding of software development and technical architectures.
