Job Summary:
We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to end users. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage IT tickets, and ensure smooth IT operations for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line support for IT-related issues via phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
• Log and manage IT support requests and incidents.
• Install and configure IT equipment and software.
• Document technical procedures and resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, etc.).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
