Job Summary:
We are looking for a 3D Printing Specialist to operate and maintain 3D printing technologies. You will be responsible for producing prototypes, models, and parts using various 3D printing techniques and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate 3D printers and associated equipment to produce high-quality printed models.
• Design and optimize 3D models for printing using CAD software.
• Select appropriate materials and ensure the correct settings for each print job.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the printing process.
• Maintain and calibrate 3D printers regularly for optimal performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong experience with 3D printing technologies and equipment (FDM, SLA, SLS, etc.).
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360).
• Knowledge of various 3D printing materials (plastics, metals, resins, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve printing problems.
• Experience with post-processing techniques for 3D printed parts.
