Job Summary:
We are looking for a Chatbot Developer to design, develop, and deploy conversational AI systems. You will work with natural language processing (NLP) technologies to build bots that engage with users effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop AI-powered chatbots for customer support, sales, and other functions.
• Integrate chatbots with messaging platforms (Slack, Facebook Messenger, etc.).
• Use NLP techniques to improve chatbot understanding and responses.
• Continuously test, optimize, and improve chatbot performance.
• Collaborate with business teams to define chatbot functionality and user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong experience with chatbot development platforms (Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework).
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Knowledge of NLP techniques and libraries (spaCy, NLTK).
• Experience with machine learning and AI-based applications.
• Familiarity with cloud-based bot services (AWS Lex, Azure Bot Service).
