Job Summary:
We are looking for an IAM Engineer to manage Identity and Access Management systems, ensuring secure and efficient user access across the organization. This role requires experience in IAM technologies, policies, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions.
• Configure and maintain authentication and authorization systems.
• Monitor and audit access control policies.
• Troubleshoot access-related issues and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices for IAM.
• Provide support for identity federation, SSO, and role-based access control.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong experience with IAM tools like Okta, Microsoft Active Directory, or RSA.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth, and LDAP.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
• Experience with role-based access control and identity lifecycle management.
• Good understanding of security principles and risk management.
