Job Summary:
We are seeking a Kofax / Scrum Master to oversee Kofax-based automation projects while applying Agile methodologies for project management. You will lead cross-functional teams in implementing Kofax solutions and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Kofax RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions.
• Lead Scrum teams to manage the development lifecycle using Agile practices.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Ensure that teams meet project milestones and resolve obstacles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience with Kofax RPA or similar automation tools.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with business process automation and workflow management.
