Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions using leading RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. You will be responsible for automating business processes to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate business processes using RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into RPA solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of automated solutions with existing systems.
• Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for automation across various business functions.
• Develop and maintain robots that handle repetitive tasks efficiently while adhering to best practices and quality standards.
• Test and deploy RPA robots and ensure they function as expected in production environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of RPA bots, resolving any issues that arise.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions.
