Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Linux / Unix Administrator to manage, maintain, and support Linux and Unix-based servers. You will work closely with the infrastructure team to ensure optimal system performance, reliability, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain Linux and Unix servers.
• Manage server performance, capacity, and uptime.
• Implement security measures and backups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Linux/Unix systems.
• Perform patch management and system upgrades.
• Provide support for high-availability environments and disaster recovery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong experience with Linux/Unix administration (Red Hat, Ubuntu, Solaris, etc.).
• Knowledge of shell scripting (Bash, Perl, etc.).
• Familiarity with system monitoring and performance tuning.
• Experience with network protocols and firewall management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
