Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce development, including customizing the Salesforce platform, integrating third-party applications, and enhancing business processes using Salesforce technologies. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the optimal performance and configuration of the Salesforce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customize and configure Salesforce CRM solutions, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages to extend Salesforce functionality.
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems (e.g., ERP, third-party applications).
• Work with Lightning Web Components and Aura to develop modern, efficient, and scalable user interfaces.
• Design and implement security features in Salesforce (role-based access, profiles, permissions, etc.).
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of custom code and configurations.
• Perform data migration tasks, including data imports, exports, and mapping between Salesforce and external systems.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and troubleshoot issues with the Salesforce platform.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, training, and support for Salesforce users.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance business processes.
• Document development work, including customizations, integrations, and system configurations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with hands-on experience in Salesforce platform customization and development.
• Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and deployment processes.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware tools.
• Experience with declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, including Lightning components and Lightning Experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange solutions and installation.
• Experience with version control tools like Git and source code management.
• Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong understanding of business processes (sales, service, marketing) and how they are implemented in Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certification.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201).
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Community Cloud.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting in Salesforce.
