Job Summary:
We are seeking a System Administrator to manage and maintain our Windows servers, VMware infrastructure, and other systems. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure uptime, system performance, and the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and manage Windows servers and VMware environments.
• Monitor system performance and optimize resources.
• Implement system backups, patching, and updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Work with network engineers to ensure system security and integrity.
• Perform capacity planning and ensure systems scale to meet organizational needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong experience with Windows Server environments and VMware virtualization.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other Windows-based technologies.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with system monitoring and performance tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
