Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Developer to join our HR technology team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Workday integrations, configuration, and customization, supporting HR, payroll, finance, and talent management processes. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to design, implement, and support Workday solutions that drive organizational efficiency and streamline HR and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and configure Workday integrations, reports, and custom solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional Workday solutions.
• Maintain and enhance Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Finance, Recruiting, and Compensation.
• Develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Workday Web Services (WWS).
• Create and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support business operations.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Workday configurations, integrations, and interfaces.
• Stay updated with Workday releases, new features, and best practices to ensure optimal use of the platform.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation of Workday systems.
• Provide technical support for Workday users and address queries related to system functionality.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and organizational policies.
• Participate in the testing, deployment, and post-implementation support of Workday modules.
• Work on data migration projects and ensure accurate data mapping between legacy systems and Workday.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Workday Developer, with hands-on experience in configuring and developing Workday solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Finance, and other core modules.
• Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Web Services (WWS), and Workday Report Writer.
• Proficiency in Workday’s integration tools and techniques, including Web Services (SOAP, REST).
• Experience developing complex Workday reports using Workday Report Writer and calculated fields.
• Understanding of Workday security models, role-based security, and user access controls.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot Workday-related issues.
• Familiarity with Workday business processes and workflows, such as hire to retire, compensation management, and talent acquisition.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Workday Certification (e.g., Workday HCM, Workday Reporting, or Workday Integrations).
• Experience with Workday Financial Management and Payroll modules.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Experience with Workday's mobile functionality and integrations.
• Knowledge of data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or other middleware platforms).
• Experience with troubleshooting and debugging Workday integration and reporting issues.
