Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Gather, document, and analyze requirements using techniques such as interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
• Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, and process workflows.
• Work closely with developers, project managers, and testers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize workflows.
• Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes.
• Support testing efforts by creating test cases, validating outcomes, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage expectations regarding project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to propose innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Ability to create process maps, wireframes, and detailed documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like SQL or Tableau is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in [specific industry, e.g., finance, healthcare, IT].
• Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools and techniques.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA).
Educational Requirements:
