Job Summary:
We are looking for a Chatbot Developer to design, develop, and deploy conversational AI systems. You will work with natural language processing (NLP) technologies to build bots that engage with users effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop AI-powered chatbots for customer support, sales, and other functions.
Integrate chatbots with messaging platforms (Slack, Facebook Messenger, etc.).
Use NLP techniques to improve chatbot understanding and responses.
Continuously test, optimize, and improve chatbot performance.
Collaborate with business teams to define chatbot functionality and user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong experience with chatbot development platforms (Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework).
Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or Java.
Knowledge of NLP techniques and libraries (spaCy, NLTK).
Experience with machine learning and AI-based applications.
Familiarity with cloud-based bot services (AWS Lex, Azure Bot Service).
